Jim Gunnerson, President

As president of NeuMeDx (formerly VasoCOM, Inc.), Jim leads the organization with extensive sales experience, a lifetime focus in supplying medical equipment, and a strong dedication to providing innovative technology to the medical industry .

His eye for innovation led him to PhysioFlow, a French company responsible for the development of a noninvasive cardiac output monitor. Seeing the device as avant-garde, Jim seized the opportunity; NeuMeDx and PhysioFlow USA were formed.

Prior to founding NeuMeDx, Jim started as a sales representative with Eastern Anesthesia, Inc. He eventually purchased the company, leading it to become one of the strongest, most successful distribution firms in the mid-Atlantic area.

In addition, Jim is the president and founder of Eastern Rail Systems, an organizational products company selling exclusively to healthcare facilities.    

Frank Bour, CEO

As CEO, Frank is responsible for overall management of PhysioFlow USA; he develops and implements corporate and international business strategies.

Frank has a solid business background ranging from Legal and Tax Consulting, Strategical Consulting, and Venture Capital.   With a MBA from the ESSEC Business School, Masters Degrees in Private and Business Law, and a Post-Masters degree in Business Law, Frank played a major role in the development of the PhysioFlow, as well as the organization of a sales network, spanning over 35 countries. He also coordinated the management of scientific validations, and legal clearance for the PhysioFlow in the United States, E.U., and Japan.

Len Leon, Sales Manager

As Sales Manager of NeuMeDx, Len brings over 20 years of Pharmaceutical and Medical sales and sales management experience to the company. Len is in charge of managing the sales process, including the education and supervision of sales representatives. Len’s industry knowledge provides him with a deep understanding of hemodynamics, as well as patient monitoring.
